# Welcome to ShowReward

ShowReward helps teams reward people who attend and qualify for their sales calls. It brings campaign rules, appointments, preparation tasks, reward claims, and payment records into one place.

A typical journey is: **book a call → prepare → attend → validate → claim → review → record payment**. Each campaign decides which tasks and checks apply.

## The main concepts

| Term               | Meaning                                                                                |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Project | Your business workspace: team, settings, campaigns, and leads. |
| Campaign | The rules and participant experience for a particular reward offer. |
| Lead / participant | The person booking a call and potentially receiving a reward. |
| Closer | A team member who handles calls and records their outcomes. |
| Appointment | A scheduled call. One lead can have more than one appointment. |
| Reward | A campaign-linked record that tracks eligibility, review, and payment status. |
| Claim link | A personal link to a participant's reward portal. Share it only with that participant. |
| PM | Project manager: the person who manages a project and its reward process. |
| GHL / HighLevel | GoHighLevel, the connected CRM and calendar platform. |

## What to expect

The team decides eligibility according to the campaign rules. Attending a call does not by itself mean a reward has been approved or paid. The participant portal shows the next required step and the reward's current status.

Participant rewards and ShowReward usage charges are separate. In the documented payout workflow, the team makes the transfer through its payment provider and uses **Mark paid** to record it in ShowReward.

These guides use the English interface labels. To follow along, open **My profile → App language → English**, then **Save changes**. The participant portal has its own project language setting.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://showreward.gitbook.io/showreward-docs/welcome.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
